Thermal Product Solutions, a global manufacturer of thermal-processing equipment, has shipped two Gruenberg Class “A” cabinet ovens to the specialty filter industry.
These Gruenberg industrial ovens have a maximum temperature rating of 82°C and work chamber dimensions of 36″ W x 36″ D x 36″ H. The Gruenberg cabinet ovens are constructed from a structural steel frame that supports the stainless-steel interior chamber liner and the exterior sheet metal. All interconnecting struts are non-continuous, which keeps the exterior cool.
The front load cabinet ovens use a horizontal airflow, which maximizes heating rates and temperature uniformity of the product load. A circulation blower is located in a conditioning plenum chamber on the top of each oven. The blower directs air through diffuser panels on one side of the chamber and flows horizontally across the product. The air exits the work chamber on the opposite wall through the steam coil for reheating and recirculation.
“Gruenberg products are designed to meet the highest standards of safety specifications. These cabinet ovens were designed to accommodate wet batch sizes of 156-275 kg. of product containing 21-113 liters of IPA,” said Denny Mendler, Gruenberg product manager.
