Lucifer Furnaces delivered a high-temperature hardening box furnace to a metal stamping manufacturer in the Southeast United States.
The end user chose a Lucifer furnace to upgrade older heat-treating equipment and will be employing the furnace for everyday use. Model HL7-H24 has a 9”x 12” x24” chamber and heats to 2,300°F. Temperature is controlled with a Honeywell digital time proportioning temperature controller. Designed with thick walls of insulation for uniform heating and low outside shell temperature, this bench model is designed for long-lasting energy efficient operation.
