Lucifer Furnaces delivered a high-temperature hardening box furnace to a metal stamping manufacturer in the Southeast United States.
The end user chose a Lucifer to upgrade older heat-treating equipment and will be employing the furnace for everyday use. Model HL7-H24 has a 9”x 12” x24” chamber and heats to 2,300°F. Temperature is controlled with a Honeywell digital time proportioning temperature controller. Designed with thick walls of insulation for uniform heating and low outside shell temperature, this bench model is designed for long lasting energy efficient operation.
