Markus A. Ruetering
studied physical engineering at the University for Applied Science in Wedel, Germany, and holds a degree as Diplom-Ingenieur. In 1989, he joined Rofin-Sinar Laser GmbH, a major manufacturer of lasers. From 1989 to 1992, he was an R&D engineer for solid state lasers and held various sales positions. In 2011, Ruetering joined Laserline GmbH, which has offices in Santa Clara, California, and Plymouth, Michigan, and is headquartered in Mülheim-Kärlich, Germany.
