Derrick Company has been providing metal heat-treating services throughout the United States and Canada since 1943. At Derrick we specialize in processing VERY LARGE PARTS! Our large 14 ft. x 14 ft. x 44 ft. long furnace, with door openings on each end, gives us the ability to process parts up to 100 ft. long & 100,000 lbs. While we are indeed experts at processing large parts/loads, we also process small and medium size parts on a regular basis (100 lbs.+).
Other furnaces/ovens at Derrick range in size from our large 12 ft. x 12 ft. x 35 ft. long car-bed furnace, down to our smallest 4 ft. x 4 ft. x 6 ft. automatic, electric oven. Our quenching capabilities include forced air, water, boiling water and press quench.
In Addition to metal heat treating, Derrick Company also provides Abrasive Blasting and Industrial Painting services on very large, medium and small parts.

Derrick specializes in processing very large and heavy parts. We also process medium and small parts on a routine basis. Some of the services we perform include stress relieving, annealing, & normalizing. Aluminum Heat Treating is now available.
Derrick’s blast facilities allow us to process large parts up to 50 tons in our car bottom air blast rooms, as well as smaller parts in large lots in our wheel blast machines.
Derrick’s unique paint facilities give us the ability to apply a simple coat of shop primer or a highly technical, multi-coat conventional spray paint system to your specification on very large and uniquely shaped industrial parts, as well as medium and small components.
