James lives and breathes East Carolina Metal Treating. Everything he knows, he has learned while working here. He started from the bottom, in the mid 1980’s, working summers with his father, and has worked his way up. Starting from working on the floor, to Production Manager, then getting promoted to Plant Manager, taking over as Vice President and finally becoming President of the company.
