Quench Oils
We manufacture a full line of world class quench oils, designed to work in a variety of quenching operations to impart those properties most desired in modern quenching oils. The quench oils’ unique additive packages lead to long life, clean parts, and allow parts to be easily cleaned using alkaline or solvent cleaners.
Compressor Oils
Compressor Oils 68 & 100: Our Compressor Oils are blended from high-quality hydro-treated, solvent-extracted naphthenic base stocks, fortified with rust and oxidation inhibitors and foam suppressants. They are designed for those air compressor applications where high viscosity index oils are not required. Naphthenic oils offer the advantage of leaving softer deposits, particularly in compressor cylinder lubrication. In addition, they have a characteristically low pour point.
Synthetic Compressor Oils 3000 Series: Our PAO Synthetic Compressor Lubes are designed to meet the lubrication requirements of most compressors in service today. RV Synthetic Compressor Lubes 3032, 3046, and 3068 are for use in oil-flooded rotary vane and screw compressors. RV Synthetic Compressor Lube 3100 is for use in reciprocating compressors, as the crankcase and cylinder lubricant. Rock Valley 3000 Series Compressor Lubes are derived from premium poly-alphaolefin synthetic base stocks combined with the latest additive technology. This combination results in superior oxidation and thermal stability, yielding extended drain intervals and reduced varnish, sludge, and carbon deposits. The bottom line is fewer oil and filter changes, less downtime and lower maintenance and operation cost.

Gear Lubes
2150 Low Stain Gear Oil is designed to lubricate the gears on aluminum cold rolling mills. Composed of a non-staining synthetic base and an additive package to prevent wear, rust and oxidation in open or closed gear boxes.
EP GEAR LUBRICANTS SERIES: Our EP Gear Lubricants are advanced-formula products designed to provide excellent load-carrying properties for heavily loaded gear drives such as worm, helical, herringbone, spiral bevel and spur gears; plain and antifriction bearings.
2400 Non-Staining Morgoil is designed to lubricate bearings without increasing the staining characteristics of the rolling oil following leaks. RV Synthetic Gear Oil 220 & 460 are composed of a non-staining synthetic base and designed to lubricate the gears on aluminum cold rolling mills.
Laboratory Services
We maintain a fully staffed laboratory that is highly capable of performing the necessary test methods employed by the metalworking and industrial lubrication industry. Many of the tests contained in the list below are performed on a daily basis in an effort to provide support for product recommendations, product development, quality control, fluid monitoring and evaluation of fluid recycling candidates and processes. In addition to the testing services the laboratory also produces material safety data sheets, lab reports and fluid monitoring reports to our customers. Our customers are encouraged to take advantage of our laboratory services in an effort to gain the fullest potential from the lubricants they use in their manufacturing process.
Cleaners
Our world class cleaners are manufactured for use in most industrial cleaning operations. Roc-Kleen’s family of cleaners – acidic, caustic, and neutral – provide excellent cleaning at an economical price.
