ThermTech Heat Treating Specialists launched a new reorganized and redesigned website as part of its ongoing commitment to deliver the best services for its customers.
ThermTech provides heat-treating services for a variety of American market segments such as tooling, defense, oil and gas, mining, construction, medical, and general metal manufacturing companies throughout the United States.
In addition to better describing its heat-treating services, the new website helps to solve hiring challenges. It has a new career landing page and answers the question, ‘Why should I work at ThermTech’?
The new career page includes: open positions, employee testimonials, who we are, and compensation/benefits along with company and industry videos. A recruitment portal is integrated into the site which makes the recruiting and hiring process easier for the applicant to apply online and for Human Resources to post jobs and review applicants.
The new website replaces the company’s previous website with a responsive, mobile-friendly site. It offers prospective customers and employees an excellent user experience whether they use a desktop computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone.
